Q1What is space law? Where is it created?
In general, space law is a part of publc international law that governs activities related to the exploration and use of outer space, namely, outer space activities. In the 1960s-1970s, member states of the United Nations Coommittee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UN COPUOS) drafted and adopted 5 space treaties (UN Space Treaties) which are the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, the 1969 Rescue Agreement, the 1972 Liability Convention, the 1975 Registration Convention and the 1979 Moon Agreement.
